Warranty Request Process

To process a warranty request, please provide clear digital images along with the required details:

  1. A picture of the defect (not too close, not too far).
  2. A picture of the product’s serial number.
  3. A clear overall picture of the product.
  4. A description of the issue and circumstances.
  5. A copy of the original proof of purchase.
  6. Once we receive all necessary details, the Freego Service Center will make the final decision regarding the warranty claim.
