Do's,

Riding a Freego scooter can be an enjoyable and environmentally friendly way to travel. However, toensure both your safety and the longevity of your scooter, it's essential to follow some guidelines. Here arethe key do's and don'ts when operating a Freego scooter

1. Undergo Proper Training
- Before riding, ensure you have received the correct training and fully understand the scooter's working
principles. Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to safety.
2. Increase Speed Gradually
- Start slowly and gradually increase your speed. If the scooter pushes back or you hear a beep, it's a signal to slow down. Remember, slow and steady wins the race.
3. Focus While Riding
- Place both feet firmly on the footpads and keep your knees slightly bent. Focus on where you’re going, not on your feet. Look ahead and not down, this will help you maintain balance and distribute your weight evenly and avoid sudden movements. Power down the scooter when stepping off to avoid accidental movement.
4. Be Cautious on Slopes
- When descending a slope, lean slightly backward and use the brake-and-accelerate technique to maintain control.
5. Monitor Tyre Pressure and Wheel Nuts
- Regularly check the tyre pressure and ensure the wheel nuts are tight. Proper maintenance is vital for a smooth ride.
6. Secure the Handle Screws
- Tighten the handle screws regularly to prevent them from becoming loose due to regular use.
7. Wear Protective Gear
- Always wear sport shoes, a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads for safety.
8. Read the User Manual
- Familiarize yourself with the specific model, charging procedures, and safety instructions.
9. Follow Traffic Laws
- Always adhere to local traffic regulations to ensure safety and avoid legal issues.
10. Use Towing Mode on Stairs
- When encountering stairs, use the towing mode to prevent motor damage.
